TRANSOFTGROUP END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between You (the individual or legal entity obtaining the license) and TranSoftGroup (hereinafter referred to as "We" or the "Company"). This Agreement applies to all products, software (Magento extensions), scripts, and Magento development services you purchase from us.

1. General Provisions

  • By purchasing the Software (hereinafter referred to as "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, agree to its content and terms, and agree to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement.
  • The Agreement comes into legal force upon payment for the order or upon receiving a copy of the Software by any means (email, website download, etc.).
  • TranSoftGroup is the copyright holder of the Software. The Software, in whole or in part, is protected under copyright law. Any activity that infringes upon the terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the applicable law.

2. Licensing and Use

  • This Agreement grants you the right to use only one copy of the Software on one Magento installation solely for your own personal or business (e-commerce) needs.
  • A separate license must be purchased for each individual Magento installation.
  • Any distribution of the Software without our consent, including non-commercial distribution, is regarded as a violation of this Agreement.
  • You have the right to customize the Software solely to meet your own personal or business needs.

3. Limitations

  • You may not transfer, sell, rent, sub-license, or distribute any portion of the Software or Documentation to third parties.
  • You may not remove or alter any trademarks, copyright notices, links, or TranSoftGroup branding within the extension code, file names, or user interface.
  • You may not use any part of the code, in whole or in part, in any other software products or websites.
  • It is strictly prohibited to publish the source code of the Software in the public domain.

4. Liability and Termination

  • We shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
  • A breach of the terms of this Agreement leads to the immediate revocation of the license without a refund.
  • Upon termination of the license, you agree to immediately delete and destroy all copies of the licensed Software.
  • If you continue to use the Software after the license has been revoked, you agree to pay all costs (including reasonable attorney fees) to enforce the revocation and to compensate for any damages suffered by the Company.

5. Updates and Support

  • The Company provides free updates for one year from the date of purchase based on a product subscription model. To extend the period for receiving updates, you must renew your subscription in a timely manner.
  • TranSoftGroup reserves the right to determine which products will be updated and when, or to discontinue updates for certain products.
  • Customization or installation services may be provided as separate services according to the Company's current rates.
  • TranSoftGroup reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time
